Healthy You Tip!

Get Extra Support When Needed

When a crisis is more than your usual support system can handle, a support group may give you the practical help you need. Support groups can provide important education, keep you up-to-date on research, and tell you about local resources for counseling, equipment and financial help. And you’ll be able to share your experiences with people who really understand.
